Real estate in Spain: who buyers are sent to.
Spain sells to local buyers and to buyers from across Europe and beyond, many choosing a coastal home or an island villa. They ask about areas, purchase costs and rental rules, and those rules differ from region to region.

FAQ
What do you actually do for an agency?
We find the questions buyers, investors and tenants ask about your areas, build the pages that answer them on your site, and work so AI assistants and search name your agency in the answer. Then we pass the enquiries to your team.
How long until we see results?
The first pages go live in the first weeks. Search and AI answers take longer to change, usually a few months, and depend on your area and how much good content already exists. We show you progress every month, not just at the end.
Do we need a new website?
No. We publish on the site you already have. If your site makes that hard, for example listings that cannot be read by search engines, we tell you what to fix and can help with it.
How do you measure it?
We track a set list of buyer questions for each of your areas and check whether AI assistants and search name you in the answer. Alongside that we report the enquiries and viewings that came through, and where they came from.
Which markets do you cover?
The United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Spain, the United States and Canada. Each market has its own pages, questions and local rules, so a Dubai agency and a London agency get different work.
What does it cost?
Plans are monthly and priced in each market's own currency. See the pricing page for your market for the current plans and what each includes.
See who buyers are sent to today.
Tell us where you operate. We send back the questions buyers ask in your market, who is being named, and what it takes to be named instead. Free, and no call needed.
